Sarah Wilson is a certified 200-hour Vinyasa yoga and a certified Barre teacher with over a decade of dedicated practice in movement and wellbeing. Her classes are joyful, inclusive and designed for all levels – offering a balance of flowing yoga sequences that build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, alongside energising Barre sessions that sculpt, tone and challenge the body in a fun, dynamic way. With her vibrant energy and clear guidance, Sarah creates a supportive space where students feel empowered, leaving each class revitalised, grounded, and connected.
