I always felt a connection with yoga and the practice even long before I went on a mat for the first time. That happend in 2003, but it actually took many years before my own practice became a regular part of my life, and thus before I actually truly felt the benefits, yet I never doubted that yoga should be a significant part of my life one day.
I did my 200hr in Ashtanga/Vinyasa, thereafter I have completed a Yin YTT, Yoga Nidra YTT, a Level 2 core-module YTT, an Advanced meditation YTT, and are doing my 300hr at the moment
I currently teach "Gentle Flow" and "Yin" at Yoga Kendra
